A brand new ocean view community is coming to Mandalay Bay in Oxnard. In the Trumark single family home division eight available floorplans range from 2,614 to 3,948 square feet. These homes are rumored to feature open living areas, options to include offices, lofts, elevators and outdoor entertaining areas, plus rooftop decks to capitalize on ocean and mountain views. 

Pricing is anticipated to begin in the upper $1Ms to the lower $2Ms on the single family homes. Construction and sales are likely to begin in Q1 of 2027
